Park City, Utah is a playground for mountain lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. With the active and luxurious lifestyle many Parkites want, the gated communities surrounding Park City provide an abundance of choices which give residents the opportunities to live the Park City dream. Here is a list of those communities and what they offer:

Promontory

Promontory boasts dozens of activities and amenities for the whole family. This is proven with the 12 clubhouses available to its members. There are two golf courses, the Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye course; Both have been voted as the #2 and #3 best courses in Utah.

There are many options for buying or building in Promontory. There are still various build-able lots available for custom homes, or you can get a cabin property on a smaller lot.

Glenwild

Glenwild is conveniently located 7 minutes off highway 80 and near Kimball Junction yet balances the feeling of privacy and intimacy. Glenwild hosts the #1 ranked golf course in Utah, designed by Tom Fazio. Sitting high up in the northern part of the Park City with winding hiking trails, you may never want to leave.
