5 Local Park City Contractors I Recommend
As a follow up to last week’s blog about remodeling a property in a great location, I wanted to recommend five contractors that my clients have hired with great results. Everyone is different to work for and with, so you may experience different results. Some folks click and others do not. I am reporting on positive experiences from people I know first hand.
Mark Newman- Mark has completed some absolutely gorgeous remodels in town that I have seen with my own two eyes. I represented Buyers about four years back when they purchased an extremely run down condo in Old Town Park City. My clients had vision! The bones were incredible, especially for an Old Town property. Location was also a winner. So it was worth every penny to go full tilt on the project. Below are the before and after photos. 2. And then there is the client who is a real estate addict. Now on his fourth property in Park City, he is yet again in the midst of an enormous remodel. His wife is a saint. This guy has a knack for finding the diamond in the rough and in a great location. If we can just get him to live in a property for more than 18 months! Currently building a gorgeous home for a client in Victory Ranch, and they are so incredibly happy with Matt. They should have their Certificate of Occupancy in early December. 4. Marley Construction Company-Derek Marley, is the contractor to call for seven figure remodels. His work is exceptional. Derrick brings his driving East Coast work ethic to the job with great subs and excellent craftsmanship. You will do well when you sell your home if you can stomach a remodel, have vision, and purchase a property in a great location, whether it’s in a year or five years. Your property will stand out amongst the “lipstick on a pig” remodels that discerning buyers can see right through.
