Mary Ciminelli, LLC provides the following services:

Weekly walkthroughs when unit is not occupied.
Marketing property for vacation rentals.
Booking property for vacation rentals.
Managing check in/check out.
Managing rental income and quarterly property tax payments.
Managing housekeeping and maintenance.
Yearly maintenance check ups.
Seasonal deep cleaning.


FEES FOR SERVICES:

Condominiums-  28% of Gross Rental Income, plus additional fees*
Homes-  35% of Gross Rental Income, plus additional fees**


ADDITIONAL FEES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Annual Marketing Fee- approximately $950
  • Annual Maintenance Check Up & Deep Clean (cont. on next page)
  • Firewood
  • Hot Tub Maintenance for Private Hot Tub
  • Chimney Sweep if HOA does not provide
  • Window Washing if HOA does not provide
  • One time professional photography & Web Site build
  • Snow Removal if HOA does not provide
